Vitaleux Delivery Policy

At Vitaleux, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Below is an overview of our delivery process, timeframes, and policies to ensure a seamless experience.

1. Delivery Services

We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services for our deliveries:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Aims to deliver within 1-2 working days, including Saturdays​.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Aims to deliver within 2-3 working days​.

2. Dispatch Time

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery within 1-2 working days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery within 2-3 working days.

Please note that while we do everything in our control to dispatch your order promptly, Royal Mail handles the delivery process. Any delays in delivery are due to Royal Mail and beyond our control, especially during peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.

4. Late Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we offer the following resolution:

  • If your product has not arrived within the order date + 2 working days for dispatch + delivery timeframe + 2 extra working days, we will refund your delivery fee.

Example: If you place your order on Monday and choose Royal Mail Tracked 24, we aim to dispatch it by Wednesday. If the item hasn’t arrived by Friday + 2 extra working days (Tuesday), your delivery fee will be refunded.

5. Damaged Deliveries

We take great care in packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately at customersupport@vitaleux.co.uk with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damage.
  • A description of the issue.

We will work to arrange a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
