Vitaleux Delivery Policy

At Vitaleux, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly, securely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery process, timelines, and what to expect.

1. Delivery Services

We primarily use Royal Mail for our UK deliveries:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
    Aims to deliver within 1–2 working days, including Saturdays.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
    Aims to deliver within 2–3 working days.

Tracking is included with both options to keep you informed every step of the way.

2. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your order confirmation.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
  • Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

Please note:
While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. Royal Mail delays, strikes, peak season). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

4. Late Delivery Policy

If your order has not arrived by the expected date, we offer the following:

Delivery Fee Refund Eligibility:
If your parcel hasn’t arrived by:

Order date + 2 working days (dispatch window) + delivery timeframe + 2 extra working days,
you are eligible for a refund of your delivery fee.

Example:
If you place an order on Monday with Tracked 24:

  • We aim to dispatch by Wednesday.
  • Expected delivery: Thursday–Friday.
  • If it hasn’t arrived by the following Tuesday, your delivery fee will be refunded upon request.

5. Damaged Deliveries

We package every order with care, but if your items arrive damaged:

Please email us at customersupport@vitaleux.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
