Orders
For most orders, we aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days of your order confirmation. After dispatch, we primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Expected delivery within 1-2 working days, including Saturdays.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Expected delivery within 2-3 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly, particularly during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays with Royal Mail. If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date (order date + 2 working days for dispatch + delivery timeframe + 2 extra working days), we will refund your delivery fee.

Once an order has been confirmed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure fast delivery. However, if you need to make changes or cancel, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes before dispatch, but once the order is on its way, we won’t be able to modify or cancel it.
Yes, all of our cosmetic products are genuinely handmade and handcrafted. We formulate each product ourselves from scratch; nothing is pre-made or mass-produced. This allows us to carefully select high-quality ingredients and maintain full control over the process, ensuring every item meets our standards for quality, care, and individuality.
We’re sorry if something’s not right! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customersupport@vitaleux.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and ensure the issue is resolved.
If you’ve noticed an error in your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can make the necessary changes.

At Vitaleux, we strive to be as kind to the environment as possible. Wherever we can, we use natural ingredients in our formulations. In cases where preservatives or emulsifiers are necessary for product safety and stability, we use widely accepted, industry-approved alternatives. We are also committed to reducing waste by using PET recycled or recyclable packaging across our product range.
Yes — this is something we feel very strongly about. None of our products are ever tested on animals, and because we formulate everything ourselves, we can ensure that even our ingredient suppliers follow the same cruelty-free principles. From start to finish, you can trust that your products have never and will never be tested on animals.
Yes, wherever possible, we use packaging that is recyclable or made from recycled materials. Most of our containers, such as PET bottles and jars, can be recycled through standard household recycling. We’re committed to reducing waste and always looking for more eco-conscious packaging options.
Product Claims
At Vitaleux, when we describe a product as alcohol-free, it means it does not contain ethanol or any intoxicating forms of alcohol that are often used in cosmetics or perfumes.
For example, our alcohol-free refreshing body spray products are carefully formulated using water, gentle emulsifiers and fragrance oils to deliver beautiful results without the dryness or irritation that alcohols can sometimes cause.
Some formulas may include phenoxyethanol, a non-intoxicating preservative that is widely recognised as safe, halal-friendly, and suitable for those who avoid alcohol for religious or personal reasons.
This approach allows you to enjoy the luxury and performance of Vitaleux products, from our body sprays to skincare, while remaining confident in what you’re applying to your skin.
